Shipping Policy
For UK addresses we ship our products via Royal Mail 2nd class for free!
We are so happy to be offering world wide shipping again, if you notice your country is not listed on our site please get in touch as we will be happy to correct this!
We will try get your order shipped within 2-3 business days.
Most of our packaging we use is recyclable or biodegradable because we care about the environment!
Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas are the buyers responsibility to pay. Also always double check your postal address is correct as refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your product but just in case you aren't we do accept refunds as long as you email the store immediately and return the product (with tracked shipping) in its original state, as soon as we have the item back we will offer you a full refund minus postage.
However we do not accept refunds for custom portraits but do allow plenty of opportunities to ask for adjustments so you are happy with your finalised custom illustration.
