A little bit of information about Scaredy Bones we are an online store which sells handmade products illustrated and made by Gina Shord. Our products are original designs and made with love. We make all our products in small batches to be as sustainable and eco friendly as possible. There is an option to commission Gina for custom portraits which are created within a two week time scale (this is because each portrait is custom designed for each individual customer so please allow time for this). We encourage people to get in touch with us if they ever feel dissatisfied with their order or experience in any way. We are always happy to help to the best of our ability while answering any questions, queries or complaints.
We have created an awesome newsletter so please subscribe to our mailing list (located bottom of our website) to get first insight into new products, exclusive discount codes and much more. If you ever wish to unsubscribe and stop receiving these benefits you can do so by following the instructions on the bottom of any of our emails we send and clicking 'unsubscribe'.

At Scaredy Bones, we know how important privacy and security is to our customers and we're committed to protecting it to reassure that you have complete confidence when choosing to shop with us.

For posting your orders we are currently using Royal Mail for UK and overseas addresses. We will only ask you to provide certain information so we can send your orders to you (email address, mobile number, address and bank details). We do not store any of your payment details on our servers, we use Paypal and accept credit and debit cards, our site processes payments securely and your details are not passed on to third parties. However, we do reserve the right to disclose information to comply with the requirement of law by court order to prevent harm to persons or property and to fight fraud and credit risk reduction.
We only use the information after you've given it to us, and we don't share this with anyone else, but through using cookies should you allow it, we are given some information straight away. Cookies are small file saved to the user's computer hard drive that track, save and store information about the user's interactions and usage of the website. By allowing cookies on our site we are able to know things like your language, location, where you found the site, and gives you a more optimised experience.
